So good, so far
Came across this toaster at a hotel in Athens so it had had a hard life making toast for hundreds of guests a day and still looked rock solid. So when our Dualit toaster started electrocuting family members it was replaced with this. Love the automatic raising and lowering of the bread/toast. Feels solid and well made. Easy to use. Only negative so far is that one side of the bread toasts a bit more than the other.
